Look what I've made with September's Kit...

This is my altered pail using ribbons from September's Kit. I had a lot of run with this and had the perfect 7 Gypsies paper to go with it!!

DCM - Button It!

Make a card using a button...hmmm...well this is what I ahve come up with. The green ribbon is from August's Kit and the Reversible Satin from September's Kit. The Button is also in the subbie portion of the September Kit too. Paper is 7Gypsies and the Cardstock DCWV.

September Kit is Almost Released!!!

Yes I know it's a week early, but it's Bank Holiday, so why not!!!??? Here's 2 images of the embellies for the Kit. The bottom shows what you will get if you purchase the kit and the top shows what you get if you subscribe to the kit. With over 25m of ribbons in September's Kit can you afford not to get it? (If you would like to reserve your kit before being released officially, please email nell9@allstate.com immediately)

Another "Frilling" Design

Another attempt at the DMC Challenge!!

A Spooky Card!

A Halloween themed card made using Bazzill Cardstock, so me Doodlebug Autumn Plaid Paper and my favourite Cuttlebug Die - Halloween! Also included is a sneak peek at one

of the ribbons to be included in October's Kit!

Daring Card Makers - Frills Challenge

Here is my entry for this week's DCM Challenge. It was to use Frills on your card in some way. I created a mini frill using some of my luscious Spotty Grosgrain from August's Kit and sewed it together between to brads to create what looks like a handle. I also used my favorite velvet ric rac to also create a frill down the front of the card. What do you think?

Slideshow!

Hi Everyone! Well I've added a slideshow of some of my recent creations. Some of these were for the recent Alice in Wonderland Cybercrop at UKScrappers! Otheres were made (like my altered tin) using my Ribbon Kits. i had a lot of fun choosing how I wanted my slideshow to be displayed, but I really can't get better than Mandi-Jane's version, which also includes a beautiful track by Adrienne Pierce (Laundry & Dishes)

Inclement Weather!!

Here is the release of my latest Blossom To Go Kit in honour of our recent inclement weather! It's called Stormy Weather and is made up of brooding shades of greys, blues and lilacs, just like a summer stormy sky!

For those who can't wait!!

The subbie gift for October will be one "Brad Dress Ups" by Hot Off The Press!! Each subscriber to the Monthly Ribbon Kit will get one brad dressup which is approximately 2 inches in length. They are really funky halloween metal shapes that are held onto the page with coordinating brads!

Spooky Sneak Peeks!!

Yes folks, I am giving all my kit members a sneak peek of the October colour scheme through this cunningly disguised card!!! Had a bit of fun with son cutting out all the shapes with my new cuttlebug, which seems to be cutting much easier today than it did last night!!
Busy day today I am designing new Blossom To Go Kits and will reveal them later on this blog!

The Cuttlebug has landed!!!

Spooky or what???
I took the plunge today and acquired a Cuttlebug...well basically I saw a die in my friend's shop that would be PERFECT for October's Kit!!! So I had to buy the tool to use it!!! I only have a tag-a-long which is too narrow for this particular die. So anyone reading this post is going to get a little sneak preview of what might be in store for October!!! I totally love it, although it took a few attempts to actually get the blocks to move through the device!! have bought some funky bazzill colours which will go perfectly with the theme of October's Kit so will have a little play tonight with them!

Stormy Weather!

Well here I am again...2 days in a row! My friend Iana has gone on a 3 week break to Italy and I feel bereft after only 1 day without her...we are used to talking everyday so it seems strange not to be able to pick up the phone! Mind you apparently she has done something to ehr phone to allow calls from the UK to be at UK rate...I shall try it and see!! Busy day with the shop...I've had a lot of orders to get ready and I am trying to get ahead of myself with my Ribbons To Go. One step forward, two steps back however!!! Next on the list is to design more Blossom To Go Kits...I have an idea for one already...Stormy Weather...in honour of today's torrential downpours here in Belfast!! I shall upload once I have concocted it in my design laboratory!!!

Not a lot to be honest...working full-time, running my online shop, looking after my family...nothing much...lol So what have I been doing recently? Well I've had a VERY creative weekend! I've been designing new combinations of my famous Ribbons To Go! I'll put some piccies up of them...I now have over 25 in stock. My next job is to create more Blossoms To Go combos too!!
